General Rules & Requirements for Waggin' Wednesday:

1. One Dog Per Adult: Each guest 18 years of age or older may bring a maximum of one (1) dog to the game.

2. Leash Requirement: All dogs must remain on a non-retractable leash no longer than six (6) feet at all times. Dogs must remain under the control of their owners throughout the event.

3. Vaccinations: All dogs must be current on required vaccinations, including rabies. Owners may be asked to provide proof of vaccination.

4. Age Requirement: Dogs must be at least six (6) months old to attend.

5. Behavior: Dogs must be well-socialized, comfortable around large crowds, and non-aggressive toward people and other animals. Dogs displaying aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may be required to leave the arena.

6. Health Requirements: Dogs must be in good health and free of contagious illnesses, fleas, and other parasites. Dogs in heat are not permitted.

Seating & Arena Access:

7. Restricted Areas: Dogs are not permitted in food preparation areas, concession stands, or other restricted areas unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

8. Seating Etiquette: Dogs must remain on the floor near their owner's seat and may not occupy arena seats or block aisles, stairs, or walkways.

9. Entry & Exit: Guests with dogs may be directed to designated arena entrances and exits.

Owner Responsibilities:

11. Waste Cleanup: Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their dogs. Designated pet relief areas and waste disposal stations will be available.

12. Supervision: Dogs must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended anywhere inside or outside the arena.

13. Noise & Environment: Hockey games feature loud music, goal horns, flashing lights, and large crowds. Owners should consider their dog's comfort and ability to handle this environment before attending.

14. Damages & Injuries: Owners are responsible for their dog's behavior and for any damage or injury caused by their pet, subject to applicable law.

15. Removal Policy: The Rapid City Rush and The Monument reserve the right to require the removal of any dog displaying unsafe or disruptive behavior or whose owner fails to comply with event policies.

Additional Policies:

• All dogs must enter with their owners and remain with them throughout the game.
• Dogs may not be placed on concession counters, tables, or other food service surfaces.
• Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and are not subject to pet-specific restrictions that conflict with those laws.

By bringing a dog to a Rapid City Rush Waggin' Wednesday game, the owner acknowledges the risks associated with attending a crowded sporting event with an animal and agrees to follow all event policies and applicable laws.
