Fundraising

The Rapid City Rush would like to offer all types of organizations in the Black Hills the opportunity to fundraise through the sales of tickets. This offer includes charitable organizations, youth sports teams, youth groups, school events, and more. This opportunity is available for home games during the 2025-26 season at The Monument Ice Arena.

Program

  • Organization is responsible for the minimum sale of 30 (Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday) / 50 (Friday, Saturday) fundraising tickets at $15 per ticket to resell
    • *Unique ticket link will be provided for each organization for online sales through FEVO. Online tickets are $22 and your organization receives $7 per ticket sold online.
  • Each organization can sell as many tickets as they wish, upon available seating for chosen game
  • Benefits include:
    • 50% of Chuck-A-Puck sales go towards your organization
    • Table/vendor space for promotion of your organization on the concourse
    • In-game 30-second video clip of your choice shown on the in-arena video board
    • Pre-recorded radio interview with Cory Berberian, Voice of the Rush, to air on TV and radio broadcasts during Chuck-A-Puck
    • Organization recognition in pregame e-blast
    • Mascot appearance in support of your organization's event/initiative at a mutually agreed date and time

How your organization can participate

  • Provide your organization's general information and objectives obtained through ticket fundraising
  • Sellers must promote their own ticket sales and encourage buyers to use unique FEVO ticket link provided.
  • Sellers are encouraged to start early in order to obtain as many tickets as possible
  • Games must be agreed upon at least 3 weeks prior to chosen game date
  • Tickets are only available as supplies last: if the venue sells out, that game’s fundraising ends
