(RAPID CITY, SD) – Tonight, Rapid City Rush players will serve customers at Golden Corral on Lacrosse Street from 5 PM to 7 PM. The event benefits veterans and raises money for use in their endeavors.
“This is the thirteenth year we’ve hosted this event, but the first time ever with a team helping us promote our effort”, said Mary Parker, manager of Golden Corral. “This event means so much to us. Not only does it give fans a chance to meet some players, but more importantly it raises money for veterans. They use donations and such locally and it feels great to pitch in and help them out”.
Rapid City Rush players attending include forwards Justin Faryna and Scott Brannon, and defensemen Tristin Llewellyn and Brett Kostolansky. Also attending will be “Voice of the Rush” Mark Binetti, and Head Coach/GM Joe Ferras.
