(RAPID CITY, SD) – The Rapid City Rush, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Arizona Coyotes, announced that the February 24th game against the South Carolina Stingrays has been postponed to Monday, February 27th, at 6:35 p.m. MST.
Tonight’s game has been postponed due to ice conditions in the arena discovered prior to warmup for tonight’s first-ever matchup against the Stingrays. The Rapid City Rush conferred with ECHL referees and league officials, and determined that the playing surface was not fit for playing standards, and that postponement of the contest was the best course of action.
Tickets for the Friday, February 24th game will be honored for Monday night, February 27th, at 6:35 p.m. MST. Tonight’s tickets may also be exchanged for Saturday or Sunday’s game if Monday is inconvenient.
We appreciate your patience in this matter. Stay tuned for updates on our team website and social media platforms.
