Appearance Request

The Rush organization is very proud to support the Rapid City and surrounding Black Hills communities for the past 15 years. The Rush players, CoolCRYO Party Patrol, Nugget, and staff are all accessible to attend your community event, depending upon availability.

1. Your request for an appearance must be received one month prior to the event date
2. Your organization must serve Rapid City and the Black Hills
3. When submitting your request please keep in mind that the team is unable to attend events on game days, when they are traveling, during training camp, and during the playoffs. Appearances during the off-season are limited due to the availability of the players residing in the area
4. An organization is eligible to receive only one appearance from one Rush personnel per calendar year
5. It is highly recommended that your event not be centered on an appearance by a player or staff member, but rather should be approached as a complimentary element to your program
6. Rapid City Rush does not contribute to religious, fraternal, political groups, conferences, or newsletters and magazines
