(RAPID CITY, S.D.)—The Rapid City Rush, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Calgary Flames, announced on Thursday, via an Active Life Chiropractic Roster Adjustment, the opening night roster for the 2025-26 season.
The Rush will open the year with 13 forwards, nine defensemen, and three goaltenders for a total of 25 players. 21 players will be on the active roster to begin the regular season. Rapid City’s first game is Friday, October 17th at Kansas City, which is also opening night across the ECHL.
Rapid City has ten players on American Hockey League contracts with the Calgary Wranglers on the opening night roster. Those players will have an asterisk next to their name.
