RUSH ANNOUNCE THIRD ANNUAL “SCHOOL DAY GAME”

(RAPID CITY, SD) – The Rapid City Rush, in conjunction with the ECHL, announced that their Third Annual “School Day Game” will take place on February 12, 2020 at 10:35 a.m. against the Allen Americans.

Season Ticket Holders and Corporate Partners that still wish to attend the game may opt to sit in the club level or a suite on a first-come-first-served basis.  Should they not be able to or not desire to attend, they may exchange their tickets for any of the other 35 home games, but are asked to make their intentions known by October 15th.

Two years ago, the Rush began this annual game against the Utah Grizzlies in conjunction with the team’s “Rush to Read More” Program with Rapid City Area Schools, rewarding students in second, third, and fourth grades for success in reading.  Nearly 5,000 students attended the first game, a 6-3 win against the Grizzlies on February 7, 2018 in one of the loudest atmospheres in recent Rush memory.
