(RAPID CITY, S.D.)—The Rapid City Rush, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Calgary Flames, announced Monday, in an Active Life Chiropractic Roster Adjustment, the team has placed forward Maurizio Colella on team suspension.
Colella, 28, has played 142 games over the last two seasons with the Rush, totaling 22 goals and 68 points. He served as alternate captain last season.
Before joining the Rush, the native of Tottenham, Ontario had prior stints with three other teams in the ECHL and has also played in Italy.
