(RAPID CITY, S.D.)—The Rapid City Rush, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Calgary Flames, announced Wednesday, in an Active Life Chiropractic Roster Adjustment, the Rush have signed forward Adam Berg.
Berg, 28, was claimed off waivers after being released by the Utah Grizzlies on Tuesday. He has played three games with Utah this season.
The 6-foot-1, 190-pound winger, has played 130 career ECHL games between three seasons with Cincinnati and Utah, totaling 21 goals and 48 points. He has faced the Rush 12 times as a member of the Grizzlies.
Berg, a Calgary native, spent part of last season overseas with the Nottingham Panthers in England, then played 50 games with Utah. He competed collegiately at Brock University in Ontario.
