(RAPID CITY, SD) – Rush Nation, the quest for the Kelly Cup, championship trophy of the ECHL, can now begin. The field is set in the Central Division, and in a rematch of last year's first round of the playoffs, the Rush and the Quad City Mallards will battle yet again in the same scenario.

The winner of this series will play the winner of the #1 Allen Americans and #4 Tulsa Oilers in the Central Division Championship Series, and second round of the Kelly Cup Playoffs.
