(RAPID CITY, SD) – The Rapid City Rush, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL’s Arizona Coyotes, announced today that one of the legendary Hanson Brothers from the movie “Slap Shot” will be on “The Rush Report” today at 4 p.m. on the “Official Station of Rush Nation”, 100.3 the FOX. Gunner will sit down with Steve of the hilarious Hanson Brothers trio that made “Slap Shot” the classic hockey movie that it is today. The interview helps set the table for the first-ever “Slap Shot Night” for the Rush, as they take on their arch rivals, the Colorado Eagles, on Saturday night, January 21st, at 7:05 p.m. The Rush will wear specialty Charlestown Chiefs jerseys, sponsored by Dakota Barricade, and welcome the Hanson Brothers and all of their hilarity. Additionally, the Hansons will be available for pictures, and they will take on a team of Rushmore Thunder Mini-Mites, led by former Rush legend Konrad Reeder during the first intermission.
